Is the Search Audit automated?
No. The Search Audit is a manual, expert-led review by a Scouty commerce specialist. We do not run an automated scan of your store as part of the audit.
What does Scouty review?
Storefront search and discovery, sample queries and zero-result risks, filter and facet UX, synonym opportunities, and your fit for visual, document, semantic, AI/RAG, and DAM add-ons.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The audit is performed without installing Scouty on your store. We review your public storefront, your sample queries, and any extra context you share.
How long does it take?
Typical turnaround is one business week from the time we receive enough context to start the review.
What do I receive at the end?
A short report (PDF or recorded walkthrough) summarizing findings and recommended next steps — typically a demo, an implementation discussion, or a pricing review.
